Arvin Chen is a talented writer and director who splits his time between Taipei and Los Angeles. He holds an MFA in film production from the prestigious School of Cinematic Arts at the University of Southern California (USC).

One of Arvin Chen's notable works is the romantic comedy film titled AU REVOIR TAIPEI (2010). The film had its premiere at the Berlin Film Festival and was executive produced by renowned filmmaker Wim Wenders. The film showcases Arvin Chen's ability to blend humour and romance in a captivating and engaging manner.

In 2013, Arvin Chen released his second feature film, WILL YOU STILL LOVE ME TOMORROW (2013). This film also premiered at the Berlin Film Festival and was subsequently screened in the World Cinema Competition at the Tribeca Film Festival. 編劇與導演陳駿霖定居於台北與洛杉磯。於南加州大學電影製作碩士班（USC's School of Cinematic Arts）取得了碩士學位。陳導的首部電影作品《一頁台北》，該片在柏林影展上首映，並由知名導演文溫德斯（Wim Wenders）擔任執行製片人。《一頁台北》展現了陳駿霖在幽默和浪漫元素上的巧妙結合，引人入勝且令人愉悅。
