Zijie, a rebellious teen with a flair for mischief, stumbles upon an unexpected life hack—being mistaken for terminally ill comes with surprising perks. Enjoying the attention and freedom from responsibility, he leans into the lie, embracing a carefree, “lying flat” existence. But his act soon draws the quiet concern of Yezi, a brilliant and enigmatic classmate whose sincerity slowly pierces through his carefully crafted facade.
As Zijie’s deception deepens, so does his bond with Yezi—until a heartbreaking twist flips everything: Yezi is the one truly running out of time.

叛逆少年葉子杰，為逃避壓力與現實，突發奇想假裝重病，沒想到卻意外獲得關注與自由，展開一段「躺平」式的青春生活。就在他沉迷於謊言編織出的世界時，班上一位成績優異、沉靜神秘的女孩——葉梓潔，注意到了他的異樣。
兩人名字相近，性格相反，他們卻在謊言中走向彼此。當關心轉為曖昧，謊言逐漸無法收拾之際，子杰驚覺，原來不是所有人都能把病痛當成遊戲。於是，這場近乎同名的邂逅，讓彼此的人生悄悄產生變化，兩人展開一場攜手完成「願望清單」的旅程。在時間倒數的青春裡，他們學會了面對真實，也重新定義何謂「活著」與「愛」。
