《第四屆澳洲台灣影展》短片競賽，現正開放報名。

報名日期：2021年2月1日至3月29日截止

本競賽目的為推動台灣與澳洲新晉電影創作者包括(導演、製片、編劇等)，促成文化交流平台機會，並提供渠道使其作品透過放映、交流與討論，進而激發台灣與澳洲創作者的創作動力及國際競爭力。此外，也提生澳洲新一代青年作品給予亞洲族群融入當地影音媒體的機會與重要性。影展將於開幕式當天公布短片競賽的贏家。

 

報名資格：

一、短片需包含台灣或亞洲人在團隊裡，如導演、製片、攝影、燈光、音樂、劇本寫作、剪輯、美術或特效製作等主責角色。

二、短片出品國家必須為台灣或澳洲。

三、影片須為2019年1月1日後（含）完成之作品。

四、短片總長不可超過30分鐘，包含片尾字幕。

五、短片作品尚無提供在網路、電視或DVD給大眾觀賞。

六、影片必須附有中英文字幕。

七、試看影片提供之連結，檔案格式限為MP4，AVI和MOV。

八、入選影片必須匯出成DCP (DCI Compliant) 或 Pro-Res的格式。

 

評選方式：

本競賽將會有兩階段，第一階段由澳洲臺灣影展節目組篩選最後入圍的四部作品，於5月初通知入圍作品。並在影展期間進行閱片及評選。第二階段由國際評審團評選之結論為最終依歸，得獎短片將於影展開幕典禮和官方網站上公佈。

The 3nd Short Film Competition Award aims to develop and bring up the Taiwanese and Australian new talents by premiere their work at the 4rd Taiwan Film Festival in Australia. The competition will have two parts in selecting the works; the first part for the Taiwan Film Festival in Australia programming team to select 4 finalists to be in the competition and screen their works during the festival. The 4 finalists will be contact in early May and the winner will be selected by the judges panel and announce during the festival.

Term and Conditions: 

  • The short film from Taiwan or Australia must have at least one Taiwanese or Asian representation in the team, either as director, producer, screenwriter, editor, cinematographer, gaffer, composer, designer or special effect creator, actor or actress in the film.  

  • The short film must be made from Taiwan or Australia. 

  • All films must be completed after 1 January 2019.

  • Length must be less than 30 minutes (includes credits).

  • Not available in entirety for download or online viewing for the public, including DVD release, theatrically exhibited (excluding graduation and cast and crew screenings) or broadcast on Australian television (cable or free-to-air). 

  • Short films from Taiwan must have both English and Mandarin subtitles. Short films from Australia must have English subtitles. 

  • Preview file/link must be in MP4. AVI or MOV format.

  • If the film is selected to screen at the 3rd Taiwan Film Festival in Sydney, it must be made available in one of the following formats: DCP (DCI Compliant) or Pro-Res.
